Responsibilities:
- The ISR supports the AE team and is responsible for the day-to day management of customer relations.
- Data entry of customer information, quotes, sales orders, invoicing in the CRM.
- Understanding and managing pricing programs.
- Manage customer inventory levels, including issuing and securing return authorization requests.
- Completing any required vendor trainings and certifications.
- Manage responsibilities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards and internal policies.
- Be honest and forthcoming with valuable information, share with candor.
- Learn to use and become proficient with all systems and tools to be fully productive.
- Be change agile and embrace new learning and change. Support programs of change and keep up with the pace of our organization.
- Demonstrate initiative by finding answers, solving issues, planning and implementing work with minimal direction.
- Comply and adhere to current processes and procedures.
- Produce quality and consistent work and be prepared to discuss progress and results with leadership.
- Always deliver top quality customer service, adhering to our customer service principles.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to problem solve and align with Appogee’s overall strategy.

Requirements:
- Customer oriented with ability to listen to, anticipate and follow up on needs of the customer.
- Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and executes with high accuracy.
- Ability to efficiently respond to customer and AE requests.
- Ability to proactively find business opportunities within existing House account customer base.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to compose professional business communications via email, letter, and proposals.
- Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to quickly establish relationships over the phone.
- Creative with ability to develop original solutions to problems.
- Self-motivated with ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Details:
- Full-time, business hours 9-5 ET
- Preferably local to Greenville, NC.
- Hybrid 3 day in office, 2 day WFH
