EXPECTATIONS
The ISR supports the AE team and is responsible for the day-to day management of customer relations
Data entry of customer information, quotes, sales orders, invoicing in the CRM
Understanding and managing pricing programs.
Manage customer inventory including issuing and securing return authorization requests.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE REMOTE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively prospect to establish new accounts along with maintaining an established book of business
Utilizes a consultative sales approach
Track and maintain all activities in company CRM
Establishing relationships with key decision makers
Developing and leveraging vendor partner relationships
Demonstrates exceptional follow-through, personal drive and the desire to make a difference
Ability to facilitate presentations virtually and in person
Learn the Appogee story to present and facilitate with clients and partners
Educate clients on the value of doing business with Appogee
Presents key selling points, features, and benefits while focusing on the customer's needs and expectations

Understanding and managing pricing programs
Perform due diligence in pricing practices.

Develop pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities

ACCOUNTING CLERK GREENVILLE, NC
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, record, and process vendor invoices for payments.
Review and record vendor credits.
Prepare and enter accruals for vendor rebates.
Prepare monthly inventory audit, analyze results for discrepancies.
Manage onboarding paperwork for new vendors.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.
Support month-end close as it relates to AP and inventory.
Support continuous improvement in system usage/capabilities and processes.
Assist Financial Controller with other accounting projects as they arise.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year work experience in bookkeeping, AR, AP or similar role.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
Familiarity with accounting regulations.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, NetSuite).
Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel proficiency.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
High School Diploma required.
EXPECTATIONS
The Accounting Clerk will report directly to our Finance Controller and handle many day-to-day accounting responsibilities, focusing on accounts payable, vendor relationships and inventory, and working closely with the rest of the finance team. The expectation is to provide excellent customer service, effective communication, be dependable and maintain confidentiality in all situations. The Accounting Clerk is expected to perform the duties and responsibilities with a high level of accuracy. Office hours are M-F 9-5 PM.
