Appogee is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator who will lead our company's marketing efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company brand. You will also manage our online presence and work with an outsourced development team to keep our website and e-commerce instance up to date. Finally, you will responsible for organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Overseeing marketing department.
  • Managing and growing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) from our vendors.

EXPECTATIONS
At Appogee, the Human Resources (HR) Manager will be a strategic position, primarily responsible for the daily maintenance of company policies, procedures and practices, including recruiting, benefits, and employee relations.  Such deliverables include but are not limited to ensuring legal compliance, overseeing all aspects of wage, benefit, worker’s compensation, unemployment, training programs, implementation and administration of policies and procedures, and all employee relations such as team events, parties, morale maintenance as well as coaching, counseling, progressive discipline, and terminations. 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with company leadership, helping to develop and manage all training and development for staff.
  • Develop and improve processes to accommodate for company growth.
  • Communicate and implement policies and programs to guarantee company-wide compliance.
  • Instruct, train and ensure management staff knows how to interpret and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and monitor recruitment, screening, background and reference checking of all Appogee employees.
  • Recruit, interview and recommend part time and full time personnel.

EXPECTATIONS
  • You’ll be a member of Appogee’s Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Co- Founders.
  • The Sales Director will lead our team of field Account Executives, with the goal of nurturing and
    growing the team, growing company sales revenue, and creating customers for life.
  • You’ll contribute to the candidate selection, interviewing, and hiring of new Account Executives. ​​
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Over 18 months, grow our team of 4 Account Executives to a total of 10.
  • Grow sales revenue and profitability among established accounts, compared against historic
    performance.
  • Add new logo accounts quarterly, and drive overall total company revenue growth of 30% annually.
  • Work with our strategic partners (Apple, Jamf, accessory makers, solution makers) to manage sales
    incentives, go to market, understand new offerings, and build marketing campaigns to target customers.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to take on the challenge of running a National team, growing it, and growing the overall business in a very competitive, low-margin industry.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in leading an Enterprise, field based sales team.
  • A remote position with about 30% travel for on site meetings, partner events, and meetings at
    Appogee HQ.
  • Ability to measure and track performance, correct deficiencies, and meet challenging growth goals. ​
