REQUIREMENTS
Customer-oriented with the ability to listen to, anticipate, and follow up on the needs of the customer.
Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
Ability to articulate ideas in a clear, concise manner
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and execute with high accuracy.
Ability to efficiently respond to customer and AE requests
Ability to proactively find business opportunities within the existing House account customer base.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to compose professional business communications via email, letters, and proposals.
Adaptable with the ability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish relationships over the phone.
Creative with the ability to develop original solutions to problems.
Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Some travel required for on-site customer visits
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ISR supports the AE team and is responsible for the day-to-day management of customer relations.
Data entry of customer information, quotes, sales orders, invoicing in the CRM
Understanding and managing pricing programs.
Managed customer inventory, including issuing and securing return authorization requests.
Completing any required vendor training and certifications
Lives up to Appogee’s core values
